As previously announced, PayPal is significantly expanding the amount of protection offered to buyers and sellers when they use PayPal on eBay.
From 1st October, buyers on eBay.co.uk will receive protection for the full value of their purchases (including postage) when they pay with PayPal. Previously, buyers were protected up to a maximum amount of £500. Learn more about buyer protection.
From 7th October, eBay.co.uk sellers will no longer need to post to confirmed addresses in order to be eligible for Seller Protection. PayPal is also making several other improvements to Seller Protection, such as removing the annual coverage limit and more. Learn more about Seller Protection.
These changes are available to all eBay.co.uk buyers and sellers at no additional cost.
