In the next few days, sellers will be able to add Skype buttons to listings in any category.
Adding Skype buttons gives buyers a quick and easy way to contact sellers directly, meaning they can get quicker answers to questions. Better contact also helps to build trust between buyers and sellers.
How to add Skype to your listings
When you list your item using the Sell Your Item form, choose the options to add either a Chat button or Voice button, or add both to your listings.
When you have a Skype button on your listing, buyers just click the button and then send their instant message or make a call. It's fast, it's easy, and it's free. (Buyers and sellers need to
register for Skype if they haven't already done so.)
