We wanted to inform you that the problem related to eBay transactions completed with PayPal has now been addressed.
This recent issue was limited to a very small number of eBay purchases and was presenting sellers with the wrong postage information. We recognized that for buyers and sellers this was a serious issue, and worked hard to locate and fix the problem.
Users should not encounter this issue any longer.
