We wanted to inform you about a problem related to eBay transactions completed with PayPal.

This recent issue is limited to a very small number of eBay purchases and is presenting sellers with the wrong postage information. We understand and recognise that for these buyers and sellers, this is a very serious issue and are working to correct the problem.

In the meantime, we suggest that sellers confirm addresses with their buyers before they send items. We encourage buyers to contact sellers in the event an item does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe before leaving a negative feedback on the seller’s eBay profile.
