We are pleased to announce that from today, 10th September 2007, telephone customer support is now available to eBay.co.uk-registered Bronze PowerSellers.

Over the last year we have been expending the reach of our telephone support service and today’s launch now means that all five tiers of PowerSellers have telephone access to customer support on eBay.co.uk. Bronze PowerSellers can benefit from the service immediately and speak to a team of dedicated support staff on subjects such as how to increase sales or how best to use features like eBay Shops and Turbo Lister. Lines will be open Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm.

Bronze PowerSellers can learn more about this new service by visiting the PowerSeller Portal, logging in with their PowerSeller seller ID, clicking on ‘Benefits’, then ‘Customer Support’.
