As you will be aware, many areas throughout the UK have been hit by torrential rain and heavy floods this week. This has resulted in a number of services being affected, including the delivery of stock and postal services. In addition, we have heard from many sellers that they are unable to access their stock, or in some severe cases, they may have lost stock due to flood damage.
We would ask that buyers are patient during what is a difficult time for many sellers, and allow a little longer than you normally would for delivery. If you have any concerns about your delivery, please contact your seller directly to avoid confusion or disappointment.
We also ask sellers to take the initiative and contact buyers quickly if they think deliveries will be affected in any way by this unusual situation.
