This is due to PayPal moving its data centre to a new location, which will require approximately two hours of downtime. Merchants, eBay sellers, and buyers, on and off eBay, will be unable to pay for items, print labels, view Account History, etc. during this time. A message will appear on the PayPal site to alert our customers of this scheduled upgrade.
