***Coming Soon – Improvements to Seller Invoices***

30 May, 2007 | 11:37AM BST

We wanted to let you know about improvements we’re making to seller invoices.

Additional security for invoice emails
The next invoice email you receive will contain only a text summary of your invoice information, including the amount due and your payment method on file. To see your full invoice details, you'll need to log in to your eBay account.

Asking sellers to log into their accounts from a safe URL (web address) is an important step in helping members stay safe from malicious links and buttons in spoof emails.

Enhanced reporting
We are providing more flexibility in how you analyse your invoices.

You'll be able to download your invoice into an easy to view, non-editable, HTML file. You can also download your invoice transaction level details into a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file, enabling you easily to sort and analyse your invoiced transactions using any application that supports the CSV format, such as Microsoft Excel.

We're also adding additional reports, such as new subtotals by fee or item, to help you track the fees you’ve paid.

To check your invoice, go to "My Seller Account" in My eBay and select "View Invoice."

Regards,

The eBay.co.uk and eBay.ie Teams
