Silver PowerSellers can receive advice on subjects like how to increase sales or how best to use features like eBay Shops and Turbo Lister. Lines will be open Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm.

PowerSellers can learn more about this new service by visiting the PowerSeller Portal, logging in with their PowerSeller seller ID, clicking on ‘Benefits’, then ‘Customer Support’.
