We would like to apologise for any problems you may have had with the Free Postage Listing Days promotion. We are aware that you may not have been charged the special promotional price of 5 pence and that you may have incurred a fee to use the Gallery Listing Upgrade feature when you should not have for each eligible item you listed.
The problems have now been resolved. In recognition of the inconvenience caused, we would like to extend the promotion for a further day, to include Wednesday 22nd November.
Please rest assured that any extra fees you incurred for any eligible items that you have already listed during the promotion will be credited back to you within two weeks from the end of the promotional period.
