We wanted to let you know about a small site issue that is causing problems for some sellers.
If a seller receives an email from another member via the ‘Ask Seller a Question’ feature, that email will be received in both the recipient’s email box and their My Messages inbox in My eBay. Currently a site issue means some members are not receiving messages from overseas members in their email inbox. These messages are, however, being delivered to their My Messages inbox.
We are aware of this issue and working to resolve it. In the meantime sellers are best advised to check My Messages as well as their inbox to ensure they aren’t missing any messages. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this issue may cause
