The programme supports charitable fundraising by allowing:

• Charities direct tax-efficient access to over 10 million eBay traders in the UK and more than 157m potential buyers worldwide by receiving sellers’ donations or by selling their own items
• Individual sellers or businesses to donate all or a percentage of their sales to certified charitable organisations
• Buyers to bid on eBay for Charity items knowing they are helping a worthy cause
