With effect from 1 April 2010, all users domiciled in India (regardless their registration site) will be transferred from eBay International AG to eBay India Private Limited.

We've posted an updated eBay User Agreement to allow us to implement the transition.

You don't need to do anything to accept the new User Agreement here. If you don't wish to accept it, please refer to the Help page for instructions on how to close your account here.
