-- Bidders and buyers will be brought back to the Item Page to see their Bid or Buy It Now confirmation.

Please note:

*** Security Enhancement - Limiting Email Lookup ***
Date: 10/06/2003   Time: 10:47:18 AEST

We are implementing a site-wide change to enhance security on eBay. Beginning today, email harvesters (people or computer robots that scour the web for email addresses) will no longer be able to use eBay to validate email addresses for fraudulent usage.

This security enhancement will change the way members can look up information about other members. Until today, you could search for another member and their eBay information (such as items listed, bids placed, etc.) by using either their User ID or their email address. Starting today, you will only be able to look up another member’s information with their User ID. This affects functions such as Bidder Search, Seller Search, Feedback Profile Search, and others, and extends across all International eBay sites.

This change is necessary in order to help protect eBay members from unsolicited marketing emails (“spam”), as well as fraudulent emails made to look like they have come from eBay or PayPal that, in fact, contain links to obtain passwords and other account information when clicked on by unsuspecting member recipients (“spoof” emails).

Members who may not remember their buyer or seller’s User ID can use the new Request User ID feature to look up their User ID by email address. However, to make sure this feature is consistent with our security changes, there will be strict limitations to how often this can be used. To get to Request User ID, please visit the find members page.

We feel that these measures will minimally impact members’ abilities to use the site, and have no impact on legitimate communication between members. We encourage you to read our Frequently Asked Questions for more information.

The eBay Team

*** New Icons for New Member and Changed User ID ***
Date: 30/05/2003   Time: 17:33:16 AEST

Over the years, we have heard from many eBay members who have been confused by the "shades" icon or who felt that the icon was not a positive reflection of their eBay reputation. For the first 30 days after joining eBay or changing an eBay User ID, members receive a small "shades" icon next to their feedback score.

As a result of this feedback we will soon be introducing two new icons that will replace the "shades" icon. One icon will be displayed for new members, and the other for those members who have changed their User ID. Please note that this change will take some time to complete and until it does you may see either the shades icon or the new icons next to any new or changed User IDs.

Learn more about the new icons.

We hope you enjoy this new addition to the eBay Member Profile.

Date: 28/03/2003   Time: 09:17:24 AEDST

eBay treats your personal information with the utmost care, and our Privacy Policy is designed to protect you and your information.

Some members have reported attempts to gain access to their personal information through email solicitations that are falsely made to appear as having come from eBay. These solicitations will often contain links to web pages that will request that you sign in and submit information. At eBay, we identify these as 'spoofed' emails or web sites.

We encourage you to be very cautious of emails that ask you to submit personal information such as your credit card number or your eBay password.

To be sure that you are signing into a genuine eBay Web site, look at the Address/Location area of your browser. At an eBay.com.au sign-in or log-in page, the URL (link) that appears in the Address/Location area of your browser will begin with "http://cgi.ebay.com.au/", "http://scgi.ebay.com.au/" or "http://signin.ebay.com.au/". Please pay close attention to all characters in the address, including the forward slash (/) that follows "ebay.com.au".

Even if the Address/Location includes the word "eBay", it may not be a genuine eBay web site. If you receive or suspect you have received such an email, do not respond to it or click the links. Immediately send a copy of it to spam@ebay.com.

If you have any doubt as to whether or not the website you are on is an official eBay web page, please visit our Account Security page for more complete information on the URLs used on eBay web pages.

*** Bank Deposit Express ***
Date: 10/03/2003   Time: 10:50:42 AEDST

There are two current issues with Bank Deposit Express. First, seller bank account information is not displaying to buyers within the Bank Deposit Express feature. Second, sellers are not be able to input bank account information into Bank Deposit Express.

Buyers should contact the seller via email to arrange payment via bank deposit or an alternative payment option.

Sellers should specify alternative payment options and be aware that buyers are unable to obtain your information through Bank Deposit Express for current listings which may result in requests for alternative payment information.

We are aware of this issue and working to correct it as quickly as possible.

*** Buy and Sell with a Seller Warranty ***
Date: 27/02/2003   Time: 10:09:40 AEDST

eBay.com.au will be promoting all products with a warranty included by the seller during the month of March. This will include all Australian dollar listings that have a warranty included by the seller on eBay.com.au between 12:00:01am AEDST on Saturday 1st March and 11:59:59pm AEST on Monday 31st March. eBay will be directing buyers to these listings on the Homepage, via email to all members and other parts if the site. It's going to be huge so get ready to participate.

What is a Seller Warranty? It can be the standard manufacturer warranty of the item, provided by a third party warranty service or simply provided directly by the seller (such as a 30 day money back guarantee). The warranty needs to be for at least 30 days. Whatever the terms and conditions of the Seller Warranty you provide, they must be clearly outlined in your listing description and you are obliged to provide the warranty you state.

How do you get involved? As a seller, simply provide a Seller Warranty with your item and include the words "Seller Warranty" (this is not case sensitive) anywhere in your title or description. For buyers interested in buying items with the added security of a warranty you can click on the promotions for "Seller Warranty" during March or search "Seller Warranty" making sure to tick the box for searching "Titles and Descriptions".

Have fun trading on eBay!

*** eBay Help ***
Date: 13/02/2003   Time: 14:16:05 AEDST

One of eBay's primary goals is to increase customer satisfaction by providing all members with a new convenient, easy and fast way to find information, obtain help and make it easier to buy and sell. To achieve this goal, we have been developing and implementing a new Help system designed to provide access to Help directly from the page you're working from.

We partly implemented this feature when we converted the registration guide, buyer guide, seller guide, account information and the new user guide into the new system and received very positive feedback. We have now converted the remaining pages, which primarily focus on Rules & Safety into the new system to ensure all our help pages are in the one location and format. We have also added our new A-Z Index to ensure all the topics are presented in an easy to find format.

To view the new Help System, click on “Help” in the top navigation bar on any page of the site. Alternately clicking on one of the "Learn More" links which appear on certain pages will also bring you to the new Help system.

We will continue to work on additional features to make it easier for you to get the help you need, when you need it.

We are confident that these changes will improve your eBay experience.

*** Mister Lister is Retiring ***
Date: 06/02/2003   Time: 17:28:21 AEDST

We have recently introduced our new and improved bulk listing tool, eBay Turbo Lister. Turbo Lister is a free listing tool designed with feedback from eBay members, and many of our members have adopted it as their preferred way to list items on eBay.

Previously we have announced that Mister Lister would eventually be replaced by Turbo Lister. We wanted to make this transition as smooth as possible, by giving members plenty of time to learn the new tool. To that end Mister Lister will be retiring in approximately 90 days.

Mister Lister Composer will continue to be supported through at least the end of April. After this members will no longer be able to upload listings to eBay using Mister Lister (Composer or back-end). The online Mister Lister Reviewer will still be available for the review and submission of previously uploaded listings through to mid-May. Following this Mister Lister will not be supported. We encourage you to start using Turbo Lister as soon as possible.

To make your transition smoother, Turbo Lister has the ability to import the Mister Lister collection files that you might have stored away as well as import and export CSV files. Turbo Lister is very easy to learn and use and includes a number of new features, including a “What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get” description editor, HTML templates and scheduled listings. All of these great new features to help you list more, better and faster – and the tool is still FREE.

We encourage you to download eBay Turbo Lister today! Learn more about Turbo Lister.

We would like to thank all of our members who have used Mister Lister over the years. We hope that you find Turbo Lister even more efficient and easier to use, and that you will continue to provide your invaluable feedback for the enhancement of Turbo Lister.

The eBay Team

***eBay Discussion Boards Maintenance and Upgrades***
Date: 29/01/2003   Time: 14:27:03 AEDST

All eBay.com.au Discussion and Help boards will be unavailable for approximately six hours beginning at 1:00:00AM AEDST on Thursday 30th January 2003 for scheduled maintenance and upgrades.

During this upgrade, we will be introducing new features such as an enhanced search function and the ability to preview a post. The new search will allow you to search by member name, search by a keyword or by date or date range. In addition, we'll make a small change to the Report feature, removing the pop up window and instead having the Report button behave as a link, taking you to a new page to report a posting violation. Changes in appearance and function will be minimal.

We recently made similar changes to the Discussion Boards in eBay Canada and eBay UK.

If you have bookmarked your favourite Discussion Boards, you will need to update the bookmarks after this maintenance period. You will see a redirect page at first. After a while, we will discontinue the redirect page.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and appreciate your understanding as we conduct this necessary maintenance period to improve the eBay Community features.

*** More Items You May Like ***
Date: 29/11/2002   Time: 16:43:03 AEDST

In an ongoing effort to introduce members to the variety of items being offered on eBay, we will be introducing a new feature called "More Items You May Like". This feature will be displayed in your My eBay Bidding/Buying Tab, and will show items that you may be interested in, based on your past bidding or buying behaviour.

The items displayed will be similar to those items you have bid on or purchased previously and will match your general interests. This feature will try to focus on items that are different to what you have recently bid on or bought.

All items with the Gallery option selected qualify to be included in this new section of My eBay.

If you do not wish to see these items you can minimise the feature in My eBay or choose not to display it at all by changing your preferences in My eBay.

*** Bid Retraction Form Enhancements ***
Date: 07/11/2002   Time: 10:50:11 AEDST

The current Bid Retraction form requires members to manually enter the explanation for retracting a bid. To make it easier to complete this form we have introduced a drop down menu. This menu will allow members to quickly select one of the following valid reasons for the bid retraction:

* Entered wrong bid amount
* Seller changed the description of the item
* Cannot contact the seller

This change does not affect the Bid Retraction policy. Please refer to the Bid Retractions page for further information on this policy.

We hope that these changes will help to ensure a better trading experience for all eBay buyers and sellers.

*** eBay Help ***
Date: 05/11/2002   Time: 11:04:21 AEDST

One of eBay's primary goals is to increase customer satisfaction by providing all members with a new convenient, easy and fast way to find information, obtain help and making it easier to buy and sell. As a result, we have developed a new Help system designed to provide access to Help directly from the page you're working from.

You can now obtain help information without leaving the page you are working on by clicking on the "Help" link in the Navigation Bar on every page of the site. "Learn More" links on certain pages will also be converted to bring you to the new Help system.

Help is divided in to five topics:

Registration Guide
Buyer Guide
Seller Guide
My Account
New Users

This should make it easier for you to find relevant Help when you need it. After reading the Help pages and you still need to contact Customer Support you can use the 'Ask a Question' link located on most Help pages.

We will be gradually removing old Help pages from the site including "If you have any questions, please contact Customer Support" links. We will continue making changes until all of the Help content on the site is converted into the new Help system including Trust and Safety information.

Until this time, you can still access Trust and Safety through various areas on the site including the Site Map and Services located in the Navigation Bar on every page of the site.

We will also continue to work on additional features to make it easier for you to get the help you need, when you need it. If you have not seen the new Help system, we invite you to try it, just click on Help in the Navigation bar. We hope that these changes improve your eBay experience.

eBay Australia

*** Enhancements to Sell Your Item 2.0 ***
Date: 25/10/2002   Time: 08:41:13 AEST

This week, we are pleased to introduce a number of enhancements and upgrades to the Sell Your Item 2.0 listing form. Here are some of the changes you can expect to see:

*There are now wider columns in the Help section, to minimise wrapping of text and reduce scrolling.

*Previously, when relisting, any pictures stored with eBay Picture Services could not be changed or edited without losing other information about your item. When relisting, you can now change or edit pictures with eBay Picture Services and retain information about your item.

*We'll now return you to the Picture section if you change picture preferences.

*Design enhancements, including wider boxes in the Title, Picture URL and Gallery to make the form more user-friendly.

*If you host your own images and use these images in your item's description, you will now have the option to add a picture icon without using a URL in the picture URL box.

We hope that these changes help increase the effectiveness of Sell Your Item 2.0.

*** Introducing Second Chance Offer ***
Date: 21/10/2002   Time: 14:41:54 AEST

eBay's Personal Offer feature has been renamed Second Chance Offer.

Second Chance Offer is a feature that allows sellers to offer their item to a specific under-bidder if the original transaction cannot be completed, or if the seller has an identical item to sell. After receiving feedback from members of our community, we believe that this new identity better describes this feature.

The name change, along with new links to the feature across the site,
will appear over the next few days. Once the change has been made, sellers will be able to access the feature from the closed item
page, the seller's view of closed bid history, and the "Items I've
Sold" table in My eBay. Please note that this change may not be visible to all members until it is fully released to the site.

Sellers do not pay an insertion fee for sending a Second Chance Offer, and only pay a Final Value Fee if the offer is accepted.

For more information on Second Chance Offer, click here.

We hope you'll give Second Chance Offer a try!

eBay treats your personal information with the utmost care, and our Privacy Policy is designed to protect you and your information. To protect yourself, remember that:

*eBay will never ask you for your private information, such as credit card information or your account password, in an email.

*eBay will never send you any request or solicitation from a non-eBay email account or provide a link outside of eBay for entering credit card or other private information.

*eBay will never ask you to download a file in an email.

If you are concerned about the authenticity of an email solicitation for personal information that suggests that it is from eBay, you should not provide personal information. *** New Compilation and Informational Media Policy and Catalogue Policy ***
Date: 11/10/2002   Time: 15:04:33 AEST

We have updated and clarified our Catalogue listing policy and are introducing a new Compilation and Informational Media policy.

The updated Catalogue policy clarifies the rules for listing old and collectible catalogues. Old and collectible catalogues may be listed as long as they follow the guidelines of the new policy.

Please see the complete Catalogue and URL Sales policy.

We are also introducing a new Compilation and Informational Media policy that limits listings that offer “compilations” of items or information.

These listings inhibit the ability of buyers to find items using description search since they include long lists of key words in the description.

Sellers may continue to list compilation and informational items, however, they must do so within the narrow guidelines of the new Compilation and Informational Media policy.

Both of these policies became effective Thursday, October 10th, however, all currently listed items that are affected by these policies may complete the scheduled listing.

eBay Australia

*** eBay Welcomes PayPal ***
Date: 08/10/2002   Time: 09:19:32 AEST

I am very happy to announce that eBay's acquisition of PayPal is complete. We are now working together with a common goal: to help buyers and sellers trade online.

A great many eBay buyers and sellers use PayPal to complete their transactions, and have told us that they would like to have PayPal integrated into the eBay site. Within the next few weeks, that will begin to happen on the U.S. site. In the first phase of integration you will see PayPal featured on the Sell Your Item and View Item pages on the U.S. site. Further integration will happen over the coming months. eBay Payments by Billpoint will be available in the first few months of 2003. At that time we will work closely with Billpoint users to ensure a smooth transition during the phase-out process.

It is too early to say when changes may take place on eBay Australia. We will provide more detailed information about our plans in the months ahead, and will announce any changes on the Announcement Board. Our goal is to make trading on eBay faster, safer and more convenient for buyers and sellers alike.

Stay tuned for more details about these changes over the next few weeks.

We are pleased to be able to make PayPal simpler to use on eBay as so many of you have requested. We hope these changes will help you become even more successful in the future.

*** Changes to Search page ***
Date: 23/09/2002   Time: 10:03:05 AEST

We have introduced some changes to the Search page. The Search page can be accessed by clicking 'Search' in the navigation bar at the top of any eBay page. These changes are designed to make Search simpler and easier to use.

The main change is that the Search by Item Number tab has been removed. There are now three simple ways you can easily search by item number to view the listing page for that item. First, you can enter an item number directly into the search box on our homepage. Alternately you can enter the number directly into the Search Title box on the Search page or the Search box on the Advanced search tab.

The Completed Items Search tab has also been removed - you can now search for completed items using the Advanced Search tab. As always, you can also search for completed items by using any regular eBay search method, then selecting 'Completed Items' from the 'Show' panel on the left hand side of the search results page.

We hope you find the Search page even easier to use than before.

Date: 19/09/2002   Time: 10:49:51 AEST

Over the next few weeks, we will be introducing new versions of the End of Auction email, tailored to both buyers and sellers.

Now the highest bidder and seller will each receive a different End of Auction notice for the same transaction. Both emails will contain all the relevant details needed to complete the transaction and are tailored specifically to the member’s needs, displaying only the information that is relevant to you as a buyer or seller.

The design of these emails has also been improved and the email content shortened, to allow both sellers and buyers to find the information they're looking for quickly and easily. Postage and other charges will also be included in the email, if the seller makes this information available.

You will also see changes in other eBay emails including Daily Status and Saved Searches, so make sure to look out for these if you have opted-in to receive them!

To view the new emails and the specific change, check out the information page.

We hope the changes enhance your eBay experience.

***eBay Help***
Date: 13/09/2002   Time: 16:32:22 AEST

One of eBay's primary goals is to increase customer satisfaction by providing all members with a new convenient, easy and fast way to find information, obtain help and making it easier to buy and sell. As a result, we have been developing a new Help system designed to provide access to Help directly from the page you're working from. We implemented this feature on the new Sell Your Item form, and received very positive feedback. Based on this feedback, we are launching this new Help system later this month.

Beginning in late September, you will be able to obtain help information without leaving the page you are working on by clicking on the "Help" link in the Navigation Bar on every page of the site. "Learn More" links on certain pages will also be converted to bring you to the new Help system. Here are some other improvements you can expect:

Side-by-side Help - Clicking on the Help tab will present information in a separate Help window. This will allow you to obtain help information without leaving the page you're working on.

Updated information - The information in the Help system has been updated to improve accuracy and readability. We will continue to update Help on a regular basis to ensure that the information is always current.

Improved organisation of content - Help will be divided in to four topics:

Buyer Guide
Seller Guide
My Account
New Users

This should make it easier for you to find relevant Help when you need it.

In the coming weeks, we will be gradually launching the new eBay Help system across the site. While we do this, you may see both old and new Help on certain areas of the site. We will also continue to link to eBay’s Previous Help System for a limited time. We will continue making changes until all of the Help content on the site is converted including Trust and Safety. Until this time, you can still access Trust and Safety through various areas on the site including the Site Map and Services located in the Navigation Bar on every page of the site.

We will also continue to work on additional features to make it easier for you to get the help you need, when you need it. If you have not seen the new Help system, we invite you to try it on the Sell Your Item form. We hope that these changes improve your eBay experience.

Regards,
eBay Australia

***A Special Message To Our Members***
Date: 11/09/2002   Time: 09:56:30 AEST

Today, across the U.S. and around the world, people will pause to commemorate the tragic events of September 11th. It is hard to believe that an entire year has gone by. I would like to take a few moments to address the eBay Community, both in America and around the world.

The eBay Community – members and staff alike – rallied in an extraordinary way in response to the terrorist attacks. From the charitable efforts of members through Auction for America, to memorials and vigils on our discussion boards, eBay members reached out to each other from all over the world. That strength, which continues today, is what makes the eBay Community great.

We have provided a September 11th Memorial discussion board encouraging you to post your thoughts and remembrances relating to the tragedy. This board will remain open until 8.00pm AEST on 12th September 2002, and will remain up as a memorial once it closes.

To the families and communities directly affected by the attacks, I speak for everyone at eBay when I say we hold you in our thoughts every day.

Regards,
Meg

*** Protect Your Personal Information ***
Date: 05/09/2002   Time: 16:28:29 AEST

Several eBay members have notified us they have received an email which attempts to gain access to their User ID and password. As always, we strongly recommend that you do not give out your password and User ID to anyone, under any circumstances. This current attempt involves an email being sent to members indicating that their contact information is too old and the recipient must update their contact information or face possible suspension. The purpose of the e-mail is to secure the member's eBay ID and eBay passwords.

As a reminder, within the eBay Privacy Policy, we strongly recommend that you do not give out your password and User ID to anyone. However, we also recognise that you may in some cases, and therefore you should evaluate the privacy policy of that third party and make sure that you trust them with your information. When you disclose this information you are allowing another individual or company to act on your behalf. You are responsible for any action that a third party takes on your behalf, including any financial consequences that may occur.

eBay has very high standards when it comes to your privacy and the information that you provide us. We use your information in accordance with our User Agreement and Privacy Policy. We provide you with prior notice whenever we modify or change our User Agreement or Privacy Policy. Our privacy policies are held to the high standard of outside organisations, such as eTick. Many companies offer our members third party services that require the use of their eBay password and User ID. We do not know how these companies use your information and therefore, we still encourage you, as a general policy, not to disclose your User ID and password to anyone, and read very closely a company's privacy policy if you choose to provide any information to them.

eBay Australia

***Contacting eBay Australia Customer Support***
Date: 03/09/2002   Time: 08:51:37 AEST

One of eBay's primary goals is to increase customer satisfaction, and decrease the time it takes for members to receive answers to their questions from Customer Support. One way to do that is for members to submit their questions via the Customer Support Webform, located in our Help section. It's the easiest way to write us, and we offer instant help for many questions.

When you use the web page; it ensures a more timely response from Customer Support. This allows us to quickly route questions to trained representatives, thus cutting down on response time. It also allows us to provide instant answers to common questions.

Over the last month we have been working to remove individual email address links to Customer Support from the site, because those email links were less efficient than the Customer Support Webform.
The Customer Support Webform is available regardless of whether a member is registered with eBay. Members will need to be registered only if they are accessing the areas of the form directly related to registered members.

Over the next few weeks, we will be making it easier to access the Customer Support Webform and will continue to work to make the form the most efficient way to find the answers to your questions on eBay.

Regards,
eBay Australia

***New Reporting Feature For Discussion & Help Boards***
Date: 24/07/2002   Time: 16:53:03 AEST

This week, we will be introducing a new reporting feature for the eBay Discussion and Help Boards. eBay US will be holding a Workshop on Friday, July 26th, 2002 at 9am AEST to discuss this new feature, how it will work, and when and how to use it. Workshops are interactive classes led by eBay Staff or Expert Members that remain archived for later reference.

Please join the US eBay Workshops Board for this event, titled "eBay Workshop: Reporting Board Usage Policy Violations".

The eBay Community has requested an easier and faster way to report violations of the board usage policy, and we look forward to working with our members to make the Community area of eBay even better.

*** Improved Revise Your Item form ***
Date: 15/07/2002   Time: 16:04:32 AEST

Selling on eBay is continually getting easier! We are pleased to announce the launch of new version of Revise Your Item within the Sell Your Item form. Previously on the Australian site, sellers wanting to revise an item were directed back to the old Revise Your Item form. Now the new design is available for all sellers relisting their item.

Some highlights of the new Revise Your Item form include:

- An easier revising process. When choosing to revise an item, a seller will now be taken to a landing page similar to the Review & Submit page of the Sell Your Item form they used when listing. This will guide the seller directly to the sections they wish to revise and more importantly, it will only display those areas that can be edited.

- A single feature for all related functions. There will be no need to use different features to change an item’s category, add a counter or edit the description. All related functions will be available in one easy location.

- The promotion of items after listing. This enables sellers to add more promotional features, such as bold and highlight, to improve their listing after it has been submitted. Sellers can also add pictures to their active listings using eBay Picture Services.

- Other features adapted from the new Sell Your Item form including improved data retention, better error handling and customisation depending on feature eligibility.

eBay Australia

***eBay Agrees to Acquire PayPal***
Date: 11/07/2002   Time: 11:04:24 AEST

Meg Whitman, CEO of eBay has announced plans to acquire PayPal Inc., the more popular online payment service.

Meg stated, "Since many of our members offer PayPal's services, this acquisition makes a tremendous amount of sense. Integrating PayPal's services into our platform is something that many of our members have asked us to do. We believe it will enhance our members' experience by allowing buyers and sellers to trade with greater ease, speed and safety".

We expect the acquisition to be finalised around year-end 2002. Until then, PayPal and eBay Payments (Billpoint) services will continue to function as independent providers of online payment services. When the acquisition is finalised, we plan to phase out eBay Payments (Billpoint) which is integrated into eBay.com and eBay.co.uk and instead integrate the PayPal service into those sites. It is too early to say when changes may take place on eBay Australia. We will provide more detailed information about our plans in the months ahead, and will announce any changes on the Announcement Board.

For more details, please see the press release and our Frequently Asked Questions page.

Regards,

***New version of Mister Lister available***
Date: 01/07/2002   Time: 15:52:18 AEST

We became aware some members were having difficulty using the 'Update Categories' function in Mister Lister. We were able to resolve this problem quickly and have now released a new version of Mister Lister which fixes this problem. If you upgrade to this latest version, you will be able to use Mister Lister's 'Update Categories' feature without a problem.

To start, please do a "clean" uninstall of your current Mister Lister version. You can do this easily by going to the Start Menu and selecting "Settings" and then "Control Panel". In the Control Panel, double-click the "Add/Remove Programs" icon. Highlight "Mister Lister" in the list of installed programs and click the "Add/Remove" button.

With Mister Lister uninstalled, go to the following URL to download the latest version

When you click on the link that says "Download Mister Lister Composer" a pop-up box will appear and ask you if you would like to either "Run" the program from its current location, or "Save" it to your disk. Choose "Save to Disk" and another box will appear that you can choose where you would like to save it to.

In the box next to where it says "Save in:", choose Desktop, then click "Save." Once it has finished downloading, before you install, please make sure that you close all of your other programs that may be running.

Another thing, you may want to disable any anti-virus software, if you have it, while it installs and then enable it again once Mister Lister is completely installed.

To do this, press CTRL+Alt+Delete, select any program which may be running and select "End Task". It may be a good idea to "End Task" everything that is currently running, except for "Explorer" and "Systray."

While installing, be sure that you install Mister Lister into the default directories that it has selected.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

eBay Australia
