As most of you must know by now, there is a change in the Service Tax rate. This change will impact eBay and PaisaPay invoices. The eBay team is working on making the changes applicable as soon as possible. We will keep all of you updated on how and when will the change reflect.

Dear members,

eBay constantly strives for simplifying the marketplace to make it easier for buyers and sellers to interact. As part of this ongoing effort eBay will no longer support the option “Easy to buy” starting in the week of February 24, 2009. After this date it will be possible to list fixed price items only with the regular “BuyItNow” -logo and the “Easy to buy” option will not be available in the ‘Sell Your Item’ (SYI) form.

These changes will be incorporated in our Seller tools such as Turbo Lister by 12th March, 2009 and we request all our sellers to update their Turbo Lister versions post that date.

Listings that are listed or relisted based on old “Easy to buy” items or listing templates after that date will also be listed as regular “BuyItNow” .

Buyers who are looking for new fixed price items are advised to use existing search options for these item specifics.

Dear Sellers,

We request you to upgrade your versions of ‘Turbo Lister’ seller tool to the latest version. You can download the latest version of ‘Turbo Lister’ from here. This in light of the product changes that will be taking place on our site this week or early next week wherein any listings from Turbo Lister of version below 6.5 would not surface on the site.

Although most of you continue to use ‘Turbo Lister’ version 6.5 & above it’s always advisable to download the latest version.

Dear PaisaPay Sellers,

All of you must be aware that Bank of Saurashtra (BoS) has merged with the State Bank of India (SBI).

This merging has an impact on all Sellers whose PaisaPay registration account is that of BoS. IFSC codes that help us remit payments to your accounts have changed and will be updated on site by the end of February. Hence:

Existing Sellers with a BoS account - Firstly, we request you to go to your PaisaPay Registration page and change your bank information to any alternate bank account that you might have to enjoy uninterrupted remittance. Secondly Sellers who have already completed the KYC process would have to send the documents again for the new account.

New Sellers - Please do not select BoS to register for PaisaPay till the end of February. You will be able to see the Bank in the drop down list and hence need to be careful.

We regret the inconvenience caused to you due to this.
