Dear Sellers,
We are glad to inform you that most of the issues pertaining to SM / SM Pro has been resolved. We would like to thank our sellers for being patient and co-operative while we could resolve the issues with SM/SM Pro tools.
Specifics of the issues are as below:
- SM / SM Pro shipping icon not showing as item shipped despite shipping details entered for the item through My PaisaPay.
The shipping icon now displays correctly in SM / SM Pro for items that have been shipped.
- Sales Record is not reflecting the correct shipping address in a few cases.
Sales record now displays the correct address selected by the buyer at the time of checkout.
Besides the above issues we are also working towards making buyers' telephone number available in SM / SM Pro which currently is not available.
Also we would like to take this opportunity to answer some queries we have received in regards to functioning of the shipping icon for multiple items order. As a functionality in case of a multiple item order, if the seller provides shipping details for one item, and has not provided shipping details for the other items in the order the shipping icon will not be highlighted in SM / SM Pro. The shipping icon will be highlighted only once the shipping details have been entered for all the items in the order.
