Dear sellers,
Following is an update on the new PaisaPay:
- Filing a UPI Dispute:
Sellers will now be able to file a UPI dispute for the following PaisaPay transactions, which they were unable to do earlier:
- Transactions where buyers’ pending credit card payments were rejected by the PaisaPay team.
- Transactions where buyers attempted to pay with PaisaPay, but didn’t complete their payments.
- Shipping icon in SM / SMP gets highlighted when a PaisaPay item is updated for sales record:
We have been able to identify the solution and should be able to resolve the issue by 16th Jan’08.
- Early Remittance:
The issue reported by a few sellers about not receiving PaisaPay Early Remittances has now been fixed.
PaisaPay Invoice Notification email:
In addition to viewing your PaisaPay invoice in My PaisaPay (My PaisaPay Summary) we are happy to inform you that going forward you will also get an email notification informing you of the same.
