***Updated: New PaisaPay: Issues with SM / SM Pro - Resolved*** |
 |
 |
 |
21 December, 2007 | 05:57 PM IST
 Dear Sellers,
We are glad to inform you that most of the issues pertaining to SM / SM Pro has been resolved. A quick update is:
The following known issues have been resolved
▪
For all transactions paid via PaisaPay, the Rs icon is getting highlighted
▪
If the seller has entered dispatch details in My PaisaPay, the shipping icon in SM / SM Pro will get highlighted.
▪
eBay notes are represented correctly depending on the exact status of the shipment. For example: If the shipping details have not been entered, the eBay note would state “to provide shipping details click here”. If the shipping details have already been entered you will not see these eBay notes.
Issue in SM / SM Pro yet to be resolved:
▪
Issues with the section ‘items pending shipment’ in SM/ SM Pro: For PaisaPay transactions only, in case you edit the Sales Record without entering shipping details, the Shipping icon will get highlighted. However, the eBay note will ask you to provide shipping details. These transactions will also not feature in the Awaiting shipping section within SM / SM Pro. This might be confusing and thus we will recommend that until the issue is resolved, you refer to My PaisaPay “Items pending shipment” section to enter shipping details for the transactions that are pending shipping details.
In case you need any further clarification on PaisaPay transactions, contact us on PaisaPay phone support on 1800 209 3229. We will keep you updated as soon as the above issue is resolved.
Regards,
The eBay Team

***Updates on new PaisaPay!*** |
 |
 |
 |
01 December, 2007 | 05:49 PM IST

Dear Sellers,
As we get closer to the launch of new PaisaPay, we will be updating you regularly on the progress. Towards the same, below please find some updates on new PaisaPay.
1. Launch of New PaisaPay: The rollout of the new PaisaPay will start on the weekend (9th Dec, Sunday) and it may take almost a day or more to get completely rolled out on the site. Since this change will impact a large part of the site, you might experience certain inconsistencies in various pages. We request you to bear with us during that period. Once the changes are completely live on site, we will make an announcement confirming the same.
2. Migration to New PaisaPay: To know how your listings will get impacted, please read the FAQ section.
3. Updated bank branch list: We have increased the NEFT enabled branch coverage in the New PaisaPay system to accommodate the requests of our sellers. Once the changes are live on site, we will make an announcement confirming the same.
4. Simpler process for Sellers: Sellers will not need to file UPI strikes for transactions where payment is confirmed by PaisaPay. Final Value Fee credit for PaisaPay transactions which have been refunded to the buyer will be credited by eBay to the sellers account. Please note that this happens through manual credits. Also, buyers will not get UPI strikes for such transactions.
5. Free Mediation service from ODR India: Users will be able to avail FREE feedback mediation service from ODR India for new PaisaPay transactions. Details of the same will be shortly announced by Sharat Digumarti. Stay tuned!
6. Final Value Fee for New Sellers waived off: Currently eBay India does not charge listing fee from sellers with 20 or less lifetime listings. With the launch of New PaisaPay, the Final Value Fee for successful transactions from these sellers will also be waived off. Read FAQ’s to know more
Reminders:
1. EMI option to be selected separately: Once the new PaisaPay is live, and if you wish to offer EMI in your listing, you will need to select it as an option while creating your listing.
2. Upgrade your Turbo Lister: Like always, to ensure that these changes reflect in your Turbo Lister, don’t forget to update your Turbo Lister once new PaisaPay is launched. We will make an announcement to confirm the exact time when the updated Turbo Lister will be available.
Do remember that to avail the Enhanced PaisaPay facility, sellers will need to register with PaisaPay and update their bank details here. If you have already registered for New PaisaPay, you DO NOT need to take any action.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to call PaisaPay Phone Support, contact our Live Chat Team or post your questions on this thread.
Regards,
The eBay Team
