ODR India, the third party dispute resolution service, will now be able to assist our users in the resolving Feedback Disputes. Users will be able to file their feedback case with ODR India, and eBay India is going to accept the Feedback Dispute resolution of ODR INDIA.

All Feedback Disputes should be resolved through Mediation

If you have any Feedback dispute on eBay, which you are unable to solve to your satisfaction after you lodge a complaint using eBay Dispute Resolution Console, you may take assistance of ODR INDIA.
