It gives us immense pleasure to announce that PaisaPay Payment Verification team would now work on all seven days of the week. As you would be aware, till now our verification team was working from Monday to Friday. Due to this some of the credit card payments made on Friday (late evening), Saturday and Sunday were verified only on Monday causing delay in shipment of the item.

Many of you had given us the feedback that the payment verification should happen on all seven days of the week. We thought it was a good suggestion and have implemented the same.

Our team is constantly evaluating ways of improving our systems. This is one such step in that direction. I hope this change would improve the experience of users of PaisaPay.

In an expansion of our ongoing relationship, eBay and Google have agreed to work together in ways that complement our companies’ strengths. Google will become the exclusive provider of text-based advertising in search results on eBay sites outside the United States. eBay plans to continue its longstanding advertising relationship with Google and work closely to optimize its online campaigns to help shoppers find eBay listings.

In addition, Google and eBay will work together to deliver “click-to-call” advertising functionality on eBay and Google sites in the United States and around the world. “Click-to-call” functionality enables online consumers to initiate an Internet voice call to merchants or advertisers directly.

The companies will start testing initiatives of the agreement beginning in early 2007. For more details of this agreement, please read our press release.

What is it?

All Listers who Buy 1 Homepage Featured for one listing will get the next Homepage Featured Listing absolutely FREE, i.e. on every 2nd Homepage Featured listing the fee will be waived off.

The more you list with Homepage Featured the more you get FREE. E.g. If you have listed 5 listings with Homepage Featured you get 5 Free, on 10 you get 10 Free and so on so forth.

Multiple Quantity listings are included in the promotion however the benefit applicable to each listing would be equal to the cost of the first listing.

The fee waiver will apply to a maximum of the original cost for the 1st Homepage Featured Listing.

For example: The 1st Homepage Featured Listing is created with Single Quantity charged at Rs. 150/-, then the Second Listing with Homepage will get a fee waiver to the extent of Rs. 150/- only.

Display Gallery images for all your listings and pay only for the first 2000 Gallery listings.

A seller who creates 2000 listings with gallery, will get gallery free for 2001^st listing and beyond. The 2000 listings need to go live between August 15th, 2006 (12:00 AM plus one second) till September 30th, 2006 (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds). The 2001^st listing and beyond, created during the same period will get gallery free.

All you need to do is, select the gallery option while creating your listing through SYI and Turbo Lister. However if a seller has 1900 Gallery listings in a month he will be charged the Gallery Fee for all the 1900 listings.

We will like to introduce Gallery Plus, which will be available in the next few days. Gallery Plus is a new listing upgrade designed to help you better showcase your items.

Gallery Plus is just like our current Gallery listing upgrade – just bigger! When you use Gallery Plus, an "Enlarge" icon will display right below your Gallery image on search results pages. A buyer can click or hover over the icon with their mouse, and a larger version of the picture will appear (up to 400x400 pixels, depending on the original size of the picture). This is useful for items where detailed photographs improve the likelihood of a bid or sale.

Gallery Plus costs a flat 0.25p (which includes the regular Gallery fee), and is also included as part of Gallery Featured for free.

Sellers will be able to add the new Gallery Plus upgrade from the Sell Your Item form, or any of eBay’s selling tools such as Turbo Lister. To include Gallery Plus on your existing listings, please use our Revise Your Item form. Regarding any question on this new feature, please post Here.
