We will like to update and announce some recent developments on eBay tools and features.

Images on Home Page featured Listing

As we had constantly received feedback from our members to incorporate this feature, it went live in June 06. Since then we have seen an increase in the Homepage Featured Listings and we believe you'll have seen better conversion rates.

Listing Designer Fee

This feature was supposed to be charged 20 Paise per listing from April 1st 2006, however it will not be charged till further notice.

Sales Report Plus

We had announced to combine Sales Report and Sales Report Plus and introduce a new Version by June that would be Free for all members. However going forward we will not be combining these products and Sales Report will remain Free for all and Sales Report Plus will continue to be charged at Rs. 99/-.We understand some sellers would have subscribed to it assuming it to be free, hence we will credit the fees to all subscribers for Sales Report Plus for the months of June and July. Sales Report Plus will be charged the regular monthly Subscription Fee of Rs. 99 from 1st August '06 onwards.

What is it?

All Listers who Buy 1 Homepage Featured for one listing will get the next Homepage Featured Listing absolutely FREE, i.e. on every 2nd Homepage Featured listing the fee will be waived off.

The more you list with Homepage Featured the more you get FREE. E.g. If you have listed 5 listings with Homepage Featured you get 5 Free, on 10 you get 10 Free and so on so forth.

Multiple Quantity listings are included in the promotion however the benefit applicable to each listing would be equal to the cost of the first listing.

The fee waiver will apply to a maximum of the original cost for the 1st Homepage Featured Listing.

For example: The 1st Homepage Featured Listing is created with Single Quantity charged at Rs. 150/-, then the Second Listing with Homepage will get a fee waiver to the extent of Rs. 150/- only.

Multiple Quantity Listing
If the 1st Homepage Featured Listing is created with Multiple Quantity charged at Rs. 300/- then second Free Homepage Featured listing will have a maximum fee waiver of Rs. 300/-.
Ex #2: 1 Homepage Featured Listing is created with Multiple Quantity charged at Rs. 300/- the Second Free Homepage Featured Listing will be to the extent of Rs. 300/-.

There are no limits to the number of listings created.

Starting Monday July 10, 2006 between 00:00:01 IST (12:00 AM plus 1 seconds) and ending 23:59:59 IST on Friday, July 14, 2006 (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds).

What Are the Benefits?

With Featured Plus or Gallery Featured your chances of sales are 5 times higher as compared to a regular listing.

What is it?

All Listers who Buy Featured Plus for one listing will get Featured Plus for the second listing absolutely FREE, i.e. on every 2nd Featured Plus listing the fee will be waived off.

Similarly all listers who buy Gallery Featured for one listing will get Gallery Featured for the second Listing absolutely FREE i.e. on every 2nd Gallery Featured listing the fee will be waived off.

The more you list with Featured Plus or Gallery Featured the more you get FREE. E.g. If you have listed 5 listings with Featured Plus or Gallery Featured you get 5 Free, on 10 you get 10 Free and so on so forth.

Multiple Quantity listings are included in the promotion however the benefit applicable to each listing would be up to Rs. 60 for Featured Plus and Rs. 50 for Gallery. There are no limits to the number of listings created.

In case a seller has listed 7 listings with Feature Plus in promo period the Fee would be waived off on 3 of those listings. Ideally to take maximum benefit under the promotion a seller should list Featured Plus listing in multiples of 2 / 4 /6 / 8…….

Similarly, the normal fee for Gallery Featured is Rs. 50 per listing. During the duration of the promotion, you will get 2 listings with Gallery Featured for Rs. 50.
The above fees are for listings in a single category.
