Dear Sellers,

Many of you have pointed out to us that they cannot revise or resend an invoice once their buyer has completed checkout and selected a payment method other than PaisaPay. We are happy to announce that we have just made a change, which enables this. Sellers can now revise or resend in these situations.

This should be especially helpful when your buyer completes checkout for one item, and then decides they want to make more purchases from you. You can revise your original invoice to include the new purchases. Your buyer will then be able to go through Checkout again to pay for everything at once.

Note: Sellers can not revise and resend invoice if you have marked the item as 'Payment Received' or 'Item Shipped', or if the buyer has paid through PaisaPay.
