Dear Members,

We have made some changes to the 'Contact Us' page to make it easier for our members to write in to us. One of the important changes was to create a separate PaisaPay button on the first page. Prior to this, members had to first choose whether they had a buying question or selling question, and then in the subsequent page, had to select PaisaPay as one of the many options.

We expect that, with this change, our members will find it easier to write in for their PaisaPay queries.

Users unfamiliar with the 'Contact Us' page can view this page by clicking on 'Help' at the top of almost all eBay pages, and then clicking on 'Contact Us' in the left hand section of the page.
