We have updated the Contact Us feature so that you can easily reach the appropriate Customer Support department. Click on the Help section present on top of most eBay pages to locate the Contact Us link, on the left-hand side.

In the new Contact Us feature, select the topic that best matches your concern, and then click the Continue button. On the next page, you can select the subtopics that narrow down on the problem that is most relevant to you.

These changes will help make sure your question goes to the right people and that we answer your question more quickly.
