***UPS Shipping Issue*** |

 Some sellers who opened a new UPS account through PayPal between August 8th and August 21st may receive an error message when attempting to print shipping labels. We're very sorry for the inconvenience this problem has caused and want to ensure you that we've resolved the issue going forward.
However, if you opened a new UPS account through PayPal during the above timeframe and you're having (or have had) challenges with PayPal Shipping for UPS, you'll need to take the following steps:
1. Log into your PayPal account at www.paypal.com
2. Write down your UPS account number
3. Delete your UPS account by:
- Clicking "Remove UPS Information"
- Clicking "Remove" from the following screen
Note: Ignore the confirmation message that says "Your UPS account has been closed"
4. Click "Add new or existing UPS account Information."
5. Choose "I have an existing UPS account number" and enter the account number you wrote down in step one
6. Click "Continue" and complete the process to register.
Following the above steps will allow you to begin printing UPS shipping labels from PayPal and will ensure you receive your UPS Special Pricing for eBay sellers as early as possible.
