This promotion starts Tuesday, November 11th 2008 at 00:00:01 Pacific time (12:00
a.m. plus 1 second) and ends Wednesday, November 12th, 2009 at 23:59:59 Pacific
time (11:59 p.m. plus 59 seconds).
During the eBay Motors Parts and Accessories Half Off Auctions Sale:
For regular Auction Style listings in the Parts and Accessories category (6028)
the insertion fee will be reduced by 50% for all start price ranges.
Listings created prior to November 11th, 2008 that are scheduled to start
during the promotional period (November 11th to November 12th 2008) will be
eligible to receive the promotional rate. Excluded are Vehicle listings, listings
on international eBay sites, Live Auction, Professional Services, Ad Format,
Store Inventory Format Listings and listings on www.ebay.com.
