The $1 Vehicle Insertion Fee Promotion starts tomorrow, January 12, 2008 at 00:00:01 Pacific time (12:00 a.m. plus one second) and ends on January 13, 2008 at 23:59:59 Pacific time (11:59 p.m. plus 59 seconds). Listings which were created prior to January 12, 2008 and scheduled to start during the promotional period will be eligible for the special promotional rate.
