Hi everyone...This is Don Albert from the Skype North America team. For some time now, sellers in certain categories have been able to add Skype buttons to their listings. This gives them a quick, easy way to talk or chat directly with their buyers, resulting in quicker answers to questions and an increased level of trust in their transactions.
In the next few days we'll make these Skype buttons available across the site.
How to add Skype to your listings
When you use the Sell Your Item form or Turbo Lister to list, you'll be able to choose to add either a Chat, Voice button, or both to your listings.
Buyers just need to click on the button, register for Skype (if they haven't already done so), and then send their instant message or make a call. It's fast, it's easy, and it's free.
