Hi everyone in Detroit, Michigan! This is Jim 'Griff' Griffith, eBay's Dean of Education. I'm the author of The Official eBay Bible. I'm also the host of eBay Radio, and I regularly answer member questions on eBay's Chatter blog (www.ebaychatter.com).
