Hi everyone, I'm Kristin Cunningham with eBay Giving Works, our dedicated program for charity listings. Since launching in November 2003, eBay Giving Works has enabled nonprofits to raise funds online while letting buyers and sellers support the causes that are most important to them. Now, just over three years later, we've hit an amazing mark in our journey. This weekend, we welcomed the 10,000th nonprofit to register with the eBay Giving Works program!

To celebrate this momentous occasion, the eBay Foundation will be giving a gift of $2,500 to the 10,000th eBay Giving Works nonprofit participant - The Lollipop Theater Network. This donation will support the organization in their mission to help hospitalized and chronically ill children by bringing the magic of movies to their bedside.

We're thrilled that there are now 10,000 organizations in the nonprofit directory who are raising funds on eBay Giving Works. Sellers and buyers have more choices than ever when selecting a nonprofit they'd like their sales to benefit.

I'd also like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for those of you who are buying and selling on eBay Giving Works to support the causes you care about. Your generosity is changing the world, one listing at a time!
