I realize it has taken a long time, but I am pleased to let you know the issue on the eBay/PayPal shipping tool concerning Newfoundland as a “Ship From” province has been resolved.

Previously, users with a Newfoundland address who attempted to print a shipping label (with postage) on the eBay/PayPal shipping tool received an error message “The Ship From State or Province is not a valid state or province code”. Even though we all know Newfoundland is a valid province, it took quite a while for our system to recognize this. For this, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
