This promotion starts at midnight on Friday, May 23, 2008 at 00:00:01 ET (12:00 AM plus one second on Friday, May 23, 2008) and ends on Sunday, June 1 at 23:59:59 ET (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds).
Who is included?
Sellers who list in Auction and Fixed Price format item(s) with FREE Domestic Shipping and have either a Detailed Seller Ratings (DSR) of 4.5 or higher on all 4 DSRs or no DSR rating on the date of listing, will receive 15% off their total Final Value Fees per item listed as reflected in the fee table below. Motors Parts & Accessories will be included in this promotion.
What is excluded?
You are not eligible for the promotional rate if your 12-month DSR rating isif your DSR rating is 4.4 or lower. (Sellers with 0 DSRs are still eligible). This promotion also does not apply to the following listing types: eBay Motors Passenger Vehicles, Motorcycles, Power Sports, Other Vehicles, Motors Local Market, Live Auction, Real Estate, Classified Ads (Ad Format) and Store Inventory listings.
The following business and industrial categories are excluded from the promotion: tractors & farm machinery (91952), heavy equipment (25249), concession trailers, carts (67145), imaging and aesthetics equipment (92036), forklifts and other lifts (97185), manufacturing equipment (92080), metalworking equipment (92082) and commercial printing presses (26247)
The promotional rate does not apply to listings with a start date prior to May 23, 2008 including those listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created May 23 - June 1, 2008 and scheduled to start after the promotion ends.
