***Upcoming Workshop: How to Use eBay Canada’s New Shipping Calculator*** |
15 November, 2007 | 15:00

| Ira Grossman |
Hi everyone, this is Ira Grossman from eBay's Shipping team.
One of the most important aspects of the selling process on eBay is including shipping costs in your listings. Buyers are more comfortable purchasing items, and listings are more likely to sell successfully, when accurate shipping rates are provided upfront.
With eBay Canada’s Shipping Calculator now live-to-site on www.ebay.ca, Canadians can select calculated shipping when listing, and eBay does the rest (prior to this, Canadians could only include flat shipping costs). Canada Post shipping rates will be calculated accurately and quoted to buyers in your listings and eBay search results.
We’d like to invite you to join eBay Canada’s product (rodney@ebay.com) and shipping teams next week on the Canada Town Square Discussion Board (details below), as we discuss how Calculated shipping works, its benefits to sellers and buyers, and answer any questions you may have on the Calculator.
Date: Wednesday, November 21, 2007
Time: 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm ET (10:00 am to 11:00 am PT)
