How do I register for this promotion?

If you already have a UPS account number

1. Click on the Register Now button and enter your six digit UPS account number. The UPS Account Setup screen will indicate if your current UPS account qualifies for this promotion.
2. If your current UPS account qualifies, you can print a UPS label from My eBay or PayPal immediately.
3. If your current UPS account does not qualify, you must register for a new UPS account.
4. Print a UPS label from My eBay or PayPal (Note: UPS's published rates will be displayed during the label printing process but your credit card will only be billed the promotional rate plus applicable duties, taxes and fuel surcharges)

If you do not have a UPS account number

1. Click on the Register Now button to sign up for your six digit UPS account number.
2. Complete all information required and you will receive your UPS account number to receive the promotional rates.
3. Wait until at least 9 a.m. ET the next business day, go to PayPal, and add your UPS account information to your PayPal account's Shipping Preferences (in your Profile Summary).
4. Print a UPS label from My eBay or PayPal (Note: UPS's published rates will be displayed during the label printing process but your credit card will only be billed the promotional rate plus applicable duties, taxes and fuel surcharges)
