You Could Be Crowned Canada’s Top eBay Entrepreneur and Win $5,000!
Are you an ambitious and hard working entrepreneur running a successful small business on eBay?
To honour the thousands of savvy Canadians selling full-time and part-time on eBay, eBay Canada is pleased to announce the launch of eBay’s Canadian Entrepreneur of the Year Awards!
To mark its third year, eBay excitedly introduces eBay’s Canadian Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, open to eBay small business owners between the ages of 18 and 24. The winner of this title receives $3,000 CAD!
eBay’s Canadian Entrepreneur of the Year Awards:
- First Prize: $5,000 CAD
- Second Prize: $2,000 CAD
- Third Prize: $1,000 CAD
eBay’s Canadian Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award:
* All prizes awarded in Canadian dollars, and deposited into winner's valid PayPal account.
How to Enter:
To qualify for entry, eligible members must meet the following criteria between April 1, 2007 and June 30, 2007:
- Achieve a minimum of $1,000 CAD in sales per month on eBay.ca/eBay.com or the sites combined
- Post a minimum of ten listings per month on eBay.ca/eBay.com or the sites combined
- Have at least 98% positive feedback
In addition, you simply need to register for the competition and answer the following questions during the entry period July 1, 2007 to July 31, 2007. An online registration form will be made available beginning July 1, 2007 at http://pages.ebay.ca/entrepreneurs.
- Why did you start your eBay business?
- How has your eBay business evolved?
- How has eBay helped you achieve your business goals?
- How do you, as a business owner, operate according to eBay’s community values?
- What significant business challenge have you faced, and how did you overcome it?
The winners in each category will be announced on October 1, 2007!
