Back in February, we told you about some new things we were planning for Stores sellers. We are pleased to announce to all Stores sellers that toll-free phone support is now available as part of your eBay Store subscription.
Phone support will be available Monday through Friday, from 6am to 6pm Pacific Time (9am to 9pm Eastern Time), and the toll-free number is listed in the Manage Your Store section of My eBay.
And as a reminder, all Stores sellers who have a paying eBay Store for the full month of April will receive a C$15.95 credit (a month's Basic eBay Store subscription fee) in May as a "thank you" for your business.
