There is a known issue with the PayPal Dispute Resolution Centre. If you are trying to file an item not received ( non-receipt) dispute or claim within the PayPal Dispute Resolution Centre you may receive an error message.
If you receive this error message, please call PayPal Customer Service to have your claim manually lodged or escalated to a dispute. You can contact PayPal Customer Service on 1800 073 263 from Monday to Saturday, 6AM to 10PM AEST.
