***Daylight Saving time ends this weekend***

01 April 2009 | 01:57PM EST

On Sunday 5 April, Daylight Saving time will officially end in NSW, ACT, VIC, SA and TAS. Daylight saving time ended in WA last Sunday. QLD and NT do not observe daylight saving.

The eBay.com.au systems will automatically revert to AEST on Sunday morning.

This will impact buyers and sellers using eBay.com.au in the following way:

Sellers - your listings will appear to end one hour early however they will run for the exact time period you choose (a three day listing will run for 72 hours). As an example a listing that starts on Friday 3 April at 6am AEDST will end on Monday 6 April at 5am AEST.

Buyers - please note that both the item "end date" and the watching “time left” take into account this change so this time change will not impact your bidding or watching activity.

Regards,
The eBay Team
