We are pleased to report that recent issues experienced with PayPal eCheques have now been resolved.
Any payments impacted by these issues will be released into PayPal account balances within the next 72 hours. If you already received a manual credit for an unclaimed eCheque, we will be reversing the credits once the original transactions have cleared. You should ensure that you maintain a sufficient balance in your PayPal account to cater for this reversal so that it does not result in a negative PayPal balance.
As this has been an extraordinary set of circumstances outside Sellers’ control, eBay will remove negative and neutral feedback ratings (including low DSRs) on transactions affected by the issue. Given buyers have 60 days to leave Feedback from the end of a transaction, eBay will not be able to fully address any negative or neutral Feedbacks until this period is complete.
