Some sellers are currently receiving an error message when attempting to accept an unclaimed payment. In most situations PayPal prompts you to upgrade your Personal account however upon doing so you may still be unable to accept or decline payments and the funds remain in an Unclaimed status.
If you find yourself in this situation, please call PayPal Customer Support on 1800 073 263. PayPal customer support hours are 6am to 10pm Monday - Saturday(AEDST).
PayPal are working to resolve this issue and apologise for any inconvenience.
