Repeat Feedback Credit provides all members the opportunity to earn up to one feedback point per calendar week (i.e. Monday to Sunday) from the same trading partner. Repeat Feedback Credits have now been calculated and included in seller’s feedback scores for transactions ending on or after February 19th 2008. Credit for ALL repeat transactions that occurred between 1996 and February 2008 will be provided in May.

We've also made some cosmetic changes to the Feedback Profile page to reflect this change.

Now sellers can get the credit they deserve for offering great service that results in repeat customers and buyers can be rewarded with repeat feedback for showing loyalty and shopping time and time again with their favourite sellers.
