The Contact Us link at the top of each page and in the drop down menu from the Help tab is currently giving intermittent errors that may prevent some members accessing the Contact Us page.
eBay is currently in the process of updating this page and once complete, the Contact Us links will go through to the new page. In the meantime, you can contact Customer Support through the Live help link at the top of the eBay.com.au homepage or access the Contact Us page using the following URL: http://pages.ebay.com.au/contact_ebay.html.
