eBay International A.G. has recently made revisions to the eBay User Agreement.
The eBay User Agreement is an important contract between eBay and its members and helps promote safe trading on eBay. It is essential this agreement be kept up to date and accurate. For this reason, revisions to the agreement will take place from time to time.
It is important you read the User Agreement carefully to remind yourself of eBay’s rights and obligations as well as your own. The changes to the eBay User Agreement, including referencing more relevant and commonly used policies, allows for greater clarity of the rights and obligations of both parties.
If you wish to accept and agree to be bound by the revised User Agreement once it is effective (Saturday 10 November for existing members or Wednesday 10 October for new members), you do not need to do anything. If however, you do not wish to accept the revised User Agreement you may cancel your eBay registration by contacting Customer Support.
Members registering after 10 October 2007 will be bound by this User Agreement from their date of registration.
Regards,
eBay International A.G.
