Once you've signed into your account anywhere on eBay.com.au you'll be able to use the eBay Community forums (ie the Discussion Boards and Answer Center) without the need to go through a second sign in process (unless of course you close your browser).

It’s a small change, but it should save you time and improve your account security, as you'll no longer have to remember to sign out of both your main account and the Community area when you leave your computer.

We realise some of you may prefer to sign in to the Community forums separately (for instance, if your business has multiple User IDs, and you use a specific one in the forums). So once this change launches, you’ll have the option to sign in separately to the Community forums by changing your preferences in My eBay.

Not familiar with the eBay Community forums? You can visit them simply by clicking on the Community tab at the top of almost any eBay page. The Community forums are a great place to get answers from other experienced members, attend an online workshop or simply chat with other members who share your interests.
