eBay Motors would like to announce some exciting changes to the Australian Vehicle Purchase Protection* program. The most important change is that we have extended the cover of this buyer protection program to include cars listed in the Classified Ad format that have been purchased using the Best Offer feature through eBay.com.au. We have also clarified some of the exclusions. Please be sure to read our summary of changes to the policy.
These changes will become effective from 4:01pm AEST on 30 July 2007.
Please note that the existing Vehicle Purchase Protection* master policy will continue to cover any eligible car purchased through eBay.com.au listings up until 4:00pm AEST on 30 July 2007.
