We are pleased to announce a new area of the site designed to make contacting us and finding help more accessible, faster and direct. The new Customer Service portal has been designed to address some of the issues raised by the eBay community.
The Customer Service portal includes links to members’ most frequently asked questions, Help search and A – Z topics, PayPal customer support links and links to the various ways of contacting eBay: email, telephone (for PowerSellers), fax, mail and Live Help. The new Customer Service portal also has links to Live Help which makes accessing an eBay customer service representative even easier. You’ve told us that it is your preferred method of contact for most topics - so we’ve raised its profile considerably. You will also see the faces of some our Customer Service Representatives who are on hand to assist you via Live Help or email.
There are also links to the various member to member help areas of the site, eBay’s Education Centre as well as regularly updated Hot Topics and Trust and Safety Tips.
To visit the new page click here or simply click Contact Us in the left hand navigation of any Help page.
We hope this helps make your eBay experience safer and friendlier!
Regards,
The eBay Team
