As sellers on eBay you are responsible for sending any goods safely and legally, especially goods classified as dangerous. A commodity which falls under this classification is perfumes. In view of this classification, perfume sellers are required to clearly indicate that they will be using lawful means to facilitate their shipment. eBay suggests including the following text or similar in listings for perfumes and any other hazardous goods - "This item will be transported in compliance with Australian law and eBay's Hazardous Materials Policy".
More information concerning the postage of dangerous and hazardous goods can be found at the Civil Aviation Safety Authority’s website http://www.casa.gov.au/dg/freight/index.htm
