We are pleased to announce the first phase of these feedback changes -- removing all feedback from users who are indefinitely suspended within 90 days of registration -- is now live. Our belief is that members who are indefinitely suspended within 90 days of their registration were never truly members of the Community. Therefore, their feedback should not count.
These feedback changes are effective on all eBay sites.
